Description

CHS Outreach Services and CHS SCC Pharmacy Department held a series of workshops and screenings, to assist existing patients with medication counseling and management concerns, as well as we provided consultation on drug interactions that can effect usage of patient's prescriptions. This event was held to retain our existing patient base and give patients a positive patient experience. In addition, we want consumers to build a working rapport with SCC's Pharmacy Department and other allied health professionals at the health center.
