CHS Outreach Services collaborated with the Children's Services Council and The YMCA to co-host a Back to School Extravaganza for young families residing in central Broward County. Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center were positioned as access points for pediatric care (i.e. school physicals and immunizations) concerning young families with school age children who need to update their immunization records for the upcoming school year.
