CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a demonstration on art therapy for seniors who required additional information and education on usage of art and art therapy to distress their lives. These types of presentations are necessary for seniors to identify alternatives toward maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center were positioned as access points for primary care and wrap around services. targeting seniors in need of a medical home establishment.
