Leadership North Broward has “Health Day” coming up on Feb 15th from 1pm-3pm at BHIP. Leadership North Broward, through the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, is an interactive learning experience designed to develop leadership skills and provide an introduction to the communities of North Broward, encompassing Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point and surrounding market areas. The program selects approximately 20 up-and-coming leaders in the local community and takes them once-a-month on a tour to introduce them to various areas within the community- from public service, public health, regional government, tourism, history day, business, non-profit and port sectors. 1pm-1:30pm – Lunch & Welcome 1:30-2:00pm – Leadership Discussion with Alex Fernandez, VP of Finance 2:00pm-2:30pm – Regional Hospital Leadership with Susan Newton, CFO 2:30pm-3:00pm – Overview of BHIP services and programs and tour of facility with regional C-suite/Marketing 3:00pm-3:15pm – Overview of Community Health Services and Gold Coast Home Health and Hospice with Vince Johnson, Manager/Business Development and Outreach Services
