MEETING PURPOSE: The purpose of this committee meeting is to review and consider any matters within the committee’s jurisdiction.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES: As a courtesy to everyone in attendance, we ask that you please keep your phones and electronic devices on mute to avoid background noise and feedback during the meeting. 

PUBLIC COMMENTS: If you wish to address the Committee with Public Comments, please contact the Office of the Board of Commissioners at [email protected] to include your full name, title if appropriate, so that you are added to the Public Comments list. During the Public Comments portion of the agenda, each speaker will be allotted (3) minutes to address the Committee.

APPEAL: Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the District’s Board with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
