Hospital-based fitness centers offer more services than typically found at health clubs. Broward Health takes a serious approach to fitness, with professional staff such as personal trainers and exercise physiologists. Our personalized service will help create a healthier body inside and out.

  • 6am - 9pm Monday thru Thursday
  • 6am - 7pm Friday
  • 8am - 4pm Saturday & Sunday

Memberships are offered to the community to achieve their fitness goals in our Wellness Center. A comprehensive array of equipment and free weights are available for individuals who need no supervision or cardiac monitoring during their workouts.
