For more than 40 years, Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center (CDTC) has provided care, coordination and support to children and families with special healthcare needs in Broward County.
As a not-for-profit organization, CDTC offers more than medical treatment. It’s a trusted resource for early intervention, primary and oral health care and access to essential social services. Our programs serve infants, children and adolescents with chronic illnesses or developmental disabilities, along with their families.
Proudly recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for eight years, CDTC is built on compassionate, coordinated care that helps each child reach their fullest potential.
CDTC serves as Broward County’s lead agency for the Early Steps program, providing early intervention services for infants and toddlers from birth to age three. This federally funded program has no income requirements and is always free for families. CDTC has led Broward’s Early Steps program for more than 40 years.
